About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration. On a daily basis, you will focus on:

• answering customers' inquiry about claims (in-patient and out-patient, including, pre-admission, pre-approval, and claims follow-up) through phone calls and live chat.
• keep a proper and accurate record of customer cases and preparation of management reports
• support / resolve compliant cases
• regular knowledge sharing with other teams
• support other ad hoc projects

You will also have the opportunity to pick up basic claims case assessments.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Customer satisfaction score
• Quality of responses to customers' requests
• Efficiency

Shift arrangement

• You will be working 5 days per week, at least 1 day during the weekend.

About you

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role; candidates with more experience in claims case inquiry will be highly desirable .
• HKCEE/DSE or above
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Pleasant, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
• IIQE licenses
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry
• Comfortable working independently and in a team

Candidates with fewer experiences (min. 1.5 years of experience) will be considered for an officer role.
