About the Role

Key responsibilities:

• Finance operations – Lead BAU finance operations activities including premium collection, claims and expense settlement.
• Optimisation of Finance operations and controls - Identifying opportunities for process optimisation including working with our banking partners and external vendors to streamline payment processes with the aim to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks. Perform User Acceptance Test for system/process change.
• Treasury function – Develop and maintain adequate liquidity management processes suitable for business needs.
• Ad hoc Project - embed new acquired businesses into our existing processes from finance operations perspective.
• Maintain operational policies and procedures.

About you

And, the following qualifications are preferred but not essential

• At least 1 year of experience in an insurance company
• Previous knowledge on Sunsystem
• HKICPA full membership
• Experience in automation implementation
