要求：
1. 大學學位（會計學），或香港會計師公會資格課程（QP）的註冊學生，並已完成QP副級別，或同等學歷
2. HKDSE/HKCEE: 中文 Lv 4 ，英文Lv 5
3. 兩年審計/ 財務報告/ 管理會計經驗
職責：
1. 執行部門會計職務 (e.g. 處理付款事宜、處理公務員/非公務員合約僱員/實習生的薪酬事宜、核對財務總監報告、監察預支款項和存款帳戶、批准撥款令、處理繳款通知 書的註銷事宜、更新部門會計程序／指引，以及處理與會計有關的查詢)
2. 協助編製周年預算 (e.g.綜合各分部的申報表、更新周年預算編製系統內的預算數字)
3. 協助整理資料、審閱回覆擬稿，及為財務委員會特別會議擬備文件夾
4. 協助整合營運開支資源分配中提交的標書
5. 一般行政支援
Requirements:
1. Degree in Accountancy, OR registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Qualification Programme (QP) and have completed the Associate Level of QP, or equivalent;
2. HKDSE/HKCEE: Level 4 in Chinese & Level 5 in English
3. TWO years' experience in auditing or financial reporting or management accounting.
Responsibilities:
1. to perform departmental accounting duties (e.g. processing payments, handling payroll matters of NCSC staff, PRSC staff and summer interns, checking the Head of Finance Reports, monitoring advance and deposit accounts, approving allocation warrants, processing cancellation of demand notes, updating departmental accounting procedures / guidelines and handling accounting-related enquiries)
2. to assist in preparation of the annual estimate exercise (e.g. consolidating divisions' returns and updating estimate figures in Annual Estimates Production System Plus)
3. to assist in consolidating fact sheets, examining draft replies and preparing submission folders for the Special Meetings of the Finance Committee
4. to assist in coordinating and consolidating the Department's submission of bids in the Operating Expenditure Resource Allocation
5. to provide general administrative support
