Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist in processing information concerning water overcharging for disclosure to Water Supplies Department (WSD), including case recording and compilation of information; and handling of relevant enquiries from WSD;
- To assist in processing information from WSD concerning suspected offence cases under LT(C)O, including recording the information; conducting preliminary screening and seeking clarification about the information; recording the clarified information and passing the information to the case officers for follow-up action;
- To assist in obtaining information and reference documents of Subdivided Units (SDU) tenancies identified, including issuing requisition letters and keeping track of the receipt of the information/ reference documents requested; and issuing reminders as necessary;
- To assist in conducting checking of the information/ reference documents requested; collect information from other channels for counter-checking as appropriate; and seek clarifications from the relevant parties as necessary;
- To take witness and cautioned statements; requests further information from the relevant parties and handle related enquiries;
- To perform attendance duties in Lands Tribunal and District Offices; and
- To take up other duties as may be assigned.
- (i) Level 3 or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent；
- (ii)Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3/Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE);
- Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent(Note 3), and knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage; and
- at least one year's full-time post-qualification working experience in advisory and mediatory services/ property management/ property leasing, or related areas.
