Temporary Corporate Security Access Management System Assistant
FULL TIME

- Assist in day-to-day operations of the Staff Card Officer in relation to the provision of different identification cards for use throughout the Corporation premises
- Handle and process applications for Corporate Identity Cards, Permits and Access Rights for areas monitored by Access Management Systems (AMS) in accordance with laid down policies, guidelines and instructions
- Update and manage the data on AMS
- Attain HKALE level, or possessing Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in computer software applications including MS Office
