Senior Maintenance Officer – Property (Commercial Building/Shopping Mall)
FULL TIME

- Inspect, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day operation, maintenance and repair works in the investment properties managed by the Corporation
- Devise maintenance plan and prepare work order and budget for maintenance works
- Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programmes as well as prepare relevant monthly reports, such as system breakdown, job card evaluation and electricity consumption
- Monitor and record all regular statutory submission for various E&M systems such as Certificate of Fire Service Installation and Equipment, Periodic Test Certificate, etc.
- Liaise with tenants on various technical issues
- Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours, term workers and contractors
- Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 years should be at supervisory level; OR
- Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Possession of a Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is preferred
- Solid experience in electrical, air-conditioning systems and building services, as well as contractor supervision preferably gained in investment properties with exposure in taking over of the properties
- Proven experience in solving system-wide problems in large-scale building service systems with strong background in testing, operation, maintenance of these systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Maintenance Officer – Property position
