Requirements :
Have a recognized Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Post-degree working experience is preferable

Good commpand of both written and spleen Chinese and English; and knowledge in Putonghua

Knowledge in Word (including Chinese Input), Excel an Power Point

Responsibilities :
To compile data, prepare statistical reports and collate school surveys

To handle written/verbal public enquiries/simple complaints and prepare interim replies to public correspondences

To provide logistics support for networking activities for schools and district-based events

To assist in providing secretariat support to meetings and handling the applications for placement assistance services

To provide executive support in implementing the Electronic Record Keeping System (ERKS) and review work procedure and systems

To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
