Contracts Lawyer, Global Financial Institution

Leading global financial institution is looking to hire a high quality lawyer to oversee a broad range of corporate/commercial contracts. You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts such as NDAs, engagement letters, employment contracts and other general commercial contracts/agreements.

The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of PQE with experience gained from leading magic circle or leading US law firms. Prior experience within financial services will be advantageous. Fluency in English is required. Chinese / other Asian language skills will be advantageous.
