The Derivative Trading Operations team operates the regions’ premier derivative markets with expanding global reach. Our team comprises of highly trained individuals with deep knowledge of the working of financial markets as well as rules and regulations that protect the integrity of the market.

Successful candidate will be placed in the Derivatives Trading Operation unit, working on the Derivatives Trading platform quality assurance plan and quality assurance execution. You will collaborate with a team of Trading Operations and IT professions to create a world class, robust, scalable and innovative Derivative Trading platform.

• Conduct comprehensive impact analysis on functional and operational change. Prepare necessary documentation to engage relevant stakeholders in the overall change management process
• Analyze the technical and operational system requirements, create & review necessary documentations including but not limited to test plan, test condition, test case for the overall system acceptance
• Execute and verify the results of all testing cycles under tight schedule
• Participate into the investigation process for all issues identified
• Partner closely with cross-functional testing teams to verify the end to end system operational and technical readiness. Assist in the investigation and resolve any conflicts identified
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including IT teams and users, to achieve project and operation success.
• Undertake assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Background in financial services / telecom industry or highly regulated organizations with exposures on platform development / transformation is a plus.
• Knowledge on trading platform, market practices and / or derivatives is preferred.
• At least 3 years of system development experience in Trading Platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate system language into business terminology effectively in English and Chinese. (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage)
