工作职责

  • 为公司及部门提供全方位文档文秘支持,包括且不限于各类报告的撰写、汇报。
  • 协调和安排管理层会议,包括准备会议材料,确保会议顺利进行;撰写会议纪要;会后督办、跟进会议有关事项。
  • 负责OA系统的文书流转,以确保公司内部及呈请总部的审批运行及时顺畅。
  • 因应需要,按照公司流程进行公司内部发文。
  • 与总部定期、不定期沟通协调。
  • 完成上级交办的其他工作事项。

招聘要求

  • 於知名中资金融机构拥有至少2-3年相关经验(有国企工作背景更佳)。
  • 拥有中国文学、工商管理、财务、经济或任何相关学科的学士学位或以上学历。
  • 具备出色的中文写作和口语表达能力(普通话);优先考虑具备专业工作水平的英语能力之人选。
  • 具有责任感並具备良好的人际沟通及协调能力。
  • 具备优秀的自我激励和抗压能力,能够工作细致,具有敏锐的洞察力,熟悉中资企业文化及内部组织架构。
  • 有良好的时间管理能力;能够高效处理多项工作。
  • 熟练掌握微软Word、Excel、Power Point和Outlook。
  • 如能力及相关背景优秀,可考虑为副总裁。

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including the preparation of various reports.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings for senior management, including the preparation of meeting materials and minutes, as well as following up with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilitate the internal approvals via the OA system to ensure operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communication circulars, if necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with Headquarters.
  • Undertake additional projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in prominent Chinese financial institutions (preferably with a state-owned enterprise background).
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese Literature, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
  • Excellent command of Chinese (Mandarin), both in writing and speaking; Professional working proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and exhibit meticulousness and keen insight; familiarity with Mainland Chinese corporate culture and organizational structure.
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Candidate with stronger experience will be considered for Vice President position.
