Part Time Clerk, Store Operations Support (UQHK)

Responsibilities:

To provide clerical support to administration duties
To maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Translate regular documents and act as a Japanese / Chinese interpreter
Act as a communication channel between store operations and internal departments
Perform as a part of operations team to provide advice and support to store operations
To assists with and support other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

University degree or above in any discipline
Working experience with customer services is an advantage
Excellent spoken and written Japanese / Mandarin / English
Good telephone manner, interpersonal and organization skills
Working Day : Tuesday & Thursday
Working Hour : 09:00 – 18:00 ( 4-8 hours per day )
Immediate availability is preferred
