Part Time Clerk, Human Resources (Recruitment Team)

Responsibilities:

To Provide logistics support on recruitment issues such as job postings, logging job application, contacting candidates for interviews and written tests, and prepare HR documents, etc
Prepare onboarding documents for new joiners
Data entry of staff information and records in HR system
Provide support to HR team to accomplish ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
Year 2 & Year 3 university students are preferable
Able to work independently and proactively
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
Workday Day : Monday to Friday (2-3 days per week, prefer Tuesday & Friday)
Working Hour : 09:00 - 18:00 (4-8hrs per day)
Immediate available is preferred
