Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser, Merchandising Planning

Responsibilities:

To analyze sales performances and inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal)
To maximize sales and profit by exploring the sales potential, managing stock and uphold effective SKU control
Responsible for assortment plan and merchandise mix, including the ordering, sales simulation forecast and replenishment
Co-ordinating and co-operating with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
Communicate and collaborate with regional members
Traveling is required

Requirements:

University education with minimum 3-5 years related experience in retail chain business
Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical sense and able to perform multi-tasks
Able to analyse large amounts of complex information and present findings clearly and concisely
A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, and Chinese word-processing
Prior experience in multi-national companies
Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
