Our Client Overview:
Our client is a leading company that supplies some of the largest retail groups across Europe, North America, and Asia. Headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices and production facilities throughout China, they specialize in producing a wide range of products, including board games, kids’ action games, battery-operated games, arcade and carnival games, licensed games, tabletop games, sports games, game tables, poker and casino games, and puzzles. As the company continues to grow rapidly, they are seeking talented, innovative, and creative individuals to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for managing retail clients, primarily large multinational chain stores.
Act as an independent merchandiser, overseeing all aspects of client accounts from initial quotes through to shipment.
Handle new inquiries, including conducting costing analysis, preparing quotes, coordinating samples, and managing OEM developments.
Prepare key order documentation such as proforma invoices (P/I), purchase orders (P/O), and vendor registration forms.
Oversee and coordinate pre-production schedules, lab testing, artwork development, and factory audits. Prior experience managing these processes is essential.
Manage the full range of shipping and payment documents, including letters of credit (L/C).
Supervise China-based staff and vendors to ensure orders are progressing as planned.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding ongoing orders and potential new opportunities.
Extensive experience in merchandising within an international trading company is essential, with proven strengths across marketing, operations, documentation, logistics, and payments.
Experience managing large accounts with Western retailers, particularly within the European market, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the toys industry or trading is a strong advantage.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, with excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
Must be a professional, high-caliber individual with a track record of consistently strong performance.
Immediate availability is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
