Sales Associate - (in Hong Kong) up to 23k

- Provide centralized support for HK Merchant Sales, including tasks such as onboarding new merchants, gathering onsite information, data entry, handling merchant account maintenance requests, generating sales reports, and offering general merchant service assistance.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact, liaising directly with merchants, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions to merchant inquiries.
- Act as the central coordinator for all merchant requests, ensuring that all incoming requests are logged, tracked, and closely monitored to ensure completion within the agreed service level.
- Deliver efficient and professional service to maintain consistently high-quality sales and service delivery that exceeds merchant expectations.
- Build and nurture strong merchant relationships, assisting Sales and Relationship Managers in monitoring merchant portfolios to achieve business objectives, including the recruitment of new merchants.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments, including providing specialized support to Premier Merchants.
- Completion of secondary education, with 1-3 years of experience in sales and service support. Experience in card acquiring and the banking industry is a plus.
- Customer-focused, a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive service attitude.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence. Capable of handling pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A keen interest in developing a career in sales.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows software.
- Strong data analysis skills.
Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
