RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Support Executive, you will work closely with clients and insurers to ensure smooth policy renewal processes.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients and insurers to facilitate seamless communication and address any queries or concerns.
• Preparing accurate and comprehensive quotations, placement slips, cover notes, policies, and invoices to meet clients' insurance needs.
• Efficiently managing insurance renewal documents, ensuring timely submission and adherence to relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Updating and maintaining clients' database, system, and documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Handling any ad hoc assignments related to client accounts and providing support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Relevant experience in General Insurance / Employee Benefits will be considered an advantage.
• Successful completion of IIQE Licensing Examinations (Paper 1 and 2) or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
