What You Will Do

• Oversee and manage entire information system application lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Lead data services team in resolving application issues and provide technical support
• Create insightful dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize application performance and user experience
• Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for all levels of stakeholders
• Collaborate with vendors, IT staff, and stakeholders to address complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and supporting managed information systems within educational institutions, with a preference for i SAMS experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of application integration, system architecture, and cloud technologies essential.
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Familiarity with diverse educational systems and data privacy regulations is a big plus
