Responsibilities:

• Provide one-stop services at Customer Services Counters for prime commercial complex
• Liaise with several departments to handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide other services as required
• Monitor the reception counters and provide clerical support to the daily operations
• 5-day work week from 08:00-18:00 or 08:30-18:30 on shift basis

Requirements:

• Form 5/HKDSE or above with at least 1 year experiences in Customer Services, Hospitality, Luxury retail and Airlines industry is preferred
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, creative and able to work independently
• Attentive to details and be a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Basic knowledge of MS Office application
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Concierge Officer
• Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
