Currently we operate a theme park attraction, themed hotel, chain of family restaurants, children amusement centers, and offer a wide range of characters-based consumer products for retail sale. Coming in this summer, we will open a talk of the town, never seen before amusement attraction in one of the prime shopping malls in Hongkong. This amusement attraction will cater mainly for families & children with its innovative interior design, and full-of-fun playing and gaming facilities plus a trendy, casual dining concept. Our attraction is meant to be a destination for a whole day of most exciting and unforgettable family entertainment experience, and creativity inspiring activities for kids.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the daily operations of a brand new indoor fun park catering mainly for children and youngster markets.

Maintain safe and smooth operation for the children park including facilities inspection, ticketing and guest service, and any other work related to the daily operations of the park venue.

Handle inquires, resolve comments or complaints related to the park, uplift service and sale standard within the park to achieve a high-quality experience and repetitive purchases of customers.

Ensure a hygienic and visually presentable park.

Coordinating with event planner to operate programmes and charter activities inside the park

Requirements

Higher diploma or above in related disciplines

At least 2 years’ relevant working experience with minimum 1 years’ experience in supervisory/team lead level, preferably experience in theme park/fun park/children playhouse/entertainment centre

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, computer skills in MS Office

Good at leading a team, excel in service, presentable, able to multi-task

Good at communicating with children and parents, and have love for children

Able to set a role-model to teammates

Possess can-do attitude, energetic, work pleasurably and is a self-starter

Candidates with any one of the following criteria could be an advantage:

Experience in: Theme park/Children Playhouse or Fun Park/Entertainment Centre/Ticketing or Cash handling/Claw and game machine/Children merchandise/Children activity and party/First-aid qualification

Passionate in children oriented entertainment business, and the eagerness to become a part of this fast growing business.

Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Supervisor/Fun Team Members
