Assistant Event Manager
FULL TIME & CONTRACT

- Actively promote the Group's services to both existing and new customers to achieve the financial targets set by the business unit.
- Serve as a storyteller to pitch and present creative proposals.
- Manage retained clients and develop sales leads assigned by superiors, guiding them from the pitching phase to closing deals.
- Handle client and project management, including gathering project requirements, design briefings, presentations, and preparing quotations and costing sheets, as well as securing contract confirmations.
- Brief production teams and liaise with stakeholders and interoffice departments to ensure smooth operations and high standards, meeting the Group's targets and expectations.
- Ensure efficiency and high-quality performance on all assigned projects.
- Degree holder or above, preferably in event management or a related creative discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an agency, exhibition, or event company.
- Creative with a strong marketing sense, organized, and responsible.
- Proven abilities in time management, negotiation, and multitasking.
- Effective problem solver who can think laterally to ensure continuity of service.
- A good team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Event Manager position.
Pay: $20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
