Responsibilities
To review and draft both standard and non-standard credit and loan documentation
To support the corporate banking division to ensure supporting documents are well prepared for credit facility application
To perform regular monitoring and tracking on the quality of the deliverable and produce monthly report for senior management review
To participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Degree holder or related disciplines
With 5 years or above banking experience in credit administration and loan documentation review
Broad knowledge and experience in reviewing the loan and collateral documentation for corporate loan facilities
Excellent spoken and written skills in English & Chinese.
