Job Description:
Lead projects by defining milestones, assembling teams, tracking progress, managing resources, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Identify organizational and operational objectives through impact analysis, requirements documentation, and the evaluation and design of technical solutions.
Conduct quality assurance activities, develop user training materials, and facilitate user briefings to support change management initiatives.
Provide expert advice to IT teams and business users by staying informed on emerging technologies and best practices through workshops and benchmarking.
Offer daily user support and training, align with IT strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with IT, business partners, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least six years of expertise in system requirements analysis and IT project management.
Strong knowledge of case management and business process systems, web solutions, cloud technologies, document management, data analytics platforms, and microservices architecture.
Experience with project and quality management, familiar with methodologies like PMP and Agile, and standards such as ISO.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, effective analysis, user interviewing, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
