Our Property Management Company - CITIC Tower Property Management Co., Ltd is now looking for high caliber candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:
To assist Property Manager / Assistant Manager to monitor site staff performances;

To provide assistance in leasing team’s unit inspection;

To liaise with tenants on the tenancy, maintenance matters and handle complaints;

To handle carparking revenue and prepare reports;

To prepare internal reports, incident reports and meeting minutes;

To monitor the cleaning services performed by the cleaning contractor;

To prepare of notice / signage and ensure adequate signages are displayed at public areas.

Requirements:
Tertiary education in Property Management or related subject;

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Property or Hotel Management;

Holding a property management practitioner (Tier 2) licence;

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaking.

Candidate with less working experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Property Officer
