My client is a Asset Manager based in Hong Kong who is currently looking for an experienced Private Banking Assistant Relationship Manager

The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the firm's Portfolio Manager in servicing high-net-worth private banking clients. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, portfolio preparation and analysis, trade execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Portfolio Manager in all aspects of client account management

Gather and compile client financial information to prepare detailed portfolio reports and analyses

Assist with trade execution and portfolio rebalancing activities

Liaise with internal teams (e.g. research, trading, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients

Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and follow-up items

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and deepen relationships

Handle ad-hoc client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Experience:
5-7 years of experience in private banking, wealth management or asset management

Strong background in portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment analysis

Excellent communication and client service skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

University degree, preferably in finance, economics or business administration

Hold relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA) is preferred

Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin required
