Provide a full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to Director in both business and personal matters
Organize daily schedules and itinerary
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties
Manage phone, mail and email correspondence
Arrange travel and accommodation
Handle confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Deal with other ad hoc issues as assigned
