Position
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (Korean Speaking) (Part-Time) to support and provide professional concierge and customer services.
Responsibilities
· Provide premier customer service upon customer arrival, including greetings to customer, handling customer enquiries, and serving snacks and coffee, etc.
· Provide professional laser and medical beauty care knowledge to customers and assist customers to improve their skin problems.
· Attend to customer requests promptly and courteously.
· Monitor customer complaints and comments to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Build up and maintain a good relationship with customers.
· Reply phone calls, Facebook & Whatsapp messages, and other online inquiries
· Assist on continuous clinic environment improvement related tasks.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 45 per week
