Our client is a world’s premier company specializing in Express Service is now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Billing Officer / Account Receivable Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Maintain client relationship and handle billing and AR issue

Identify disputes and collaborate with internal team and customers to drive dispute resolution

Liaise with customers and internal parties to resolve credit and billing issue

Handle customer's enquiries and maintain good relationship

Assist teams to ensure timely completion of month-end closing and reporting

JOB REQUIREMENT

Higher Diploma holder or above

3 years experience or above in billing and account receivable duties

Good command of written and spoken English

Good analytical, telephone manner customer services skills
