Business Analyst

Sales & Marketing Enablement team:
- Supports digitization of Sales & Marketing commercial processes to manage implementation of Sales & Marketing tools
- Develop standard reports and commercial analysis to support the sales performance management
- Supports the sales incentive process for one or more commercial channels
- Be the champion across commercial teams to drive self-service reporting adoption
- Develop and conduct sales analytics using customer, competitor, and market data to translate them into actionable Sales & Marketing strategies. Review and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Pricing & Market Intelligence:
- If part of the pricing & market intelligence team is responsible for researching, forecasting and analysing pricing and market data to make strategic decisions that have long-term impact on the business.
- Ensures frequent and efficient reporting and communication
- Responsible for generating reports to track Pricing behaviour and Pricing Data quality
- Drive improvement in price planning accuracy (Qx P)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Information System, Statistic or related disciplines
- With 2-3 years of working experience will be an advantage
- Hands on experience and strong knowledge of data analysis with MS Excel.
- Hands on experience in using SAP.
- Experience in Python, BI and Tableau will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through on deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
