We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our clients' fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:
Provide system support and handle business user enquires on Ticketing and Revenue systems and enable business users to perform business operations.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements. Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the current Ticketing and Revenue systems.

Document the application/data flows for the systems to visualize the business processes

Liaise with IT technical teams, including architecture, infrastructure, integration and cybersecurity requirements and specifications.

Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and IT Teams to gather requirements, validate proposed solutions, and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.

Work with the vendors to design, develop and implement the solutions that fits the business requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

Have a minimum 3 years of business analysis and project management experience.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a relevant experience in revenue systems.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions among vendors, IT technical teams, and stakeholders.

Hands-on experience in the documentation of system flow, workflow and data diagrams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear and concise requirements.

Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
