This role is pivotal in driving our business growth across Hong Kong and the broader Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leveraging relationships to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive growth for Liana Technologies in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Network Utilization: Leverage an extensive network of industry contacts to generate leads, foster relationships, and open doors to new business ventures.
• Sales Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Proposal Management: Create and present tailored proposals that address client needs and align with Liana Technologies’ solutions. Articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, including sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Provide actionable insights and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong background in digital marketing or technology. Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value accounts.
• Network: An extensive and relevant contact network within the digital marketing and technology sectors in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Skills: Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to leverage networks for business development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Language: Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
• Attributes: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset are essential.
