Business Development (Sales) Executive (Assistant Manager)
(Metal industry/Online platform/Start up environment/B2B)
The position is accountable for handling business development. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
Scope of Work:
Execute sales and marketing plan to achieve sales targets.

• Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities in different industry that align with the company's short and long-term goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate business across diversified channels.
• Integrate and collect market information, such as new products, market trends, market intelligence, customer needs, etc., and provide business advice to customers. Assist supervisors in decision-making if needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional initiatives to generate new leads and stay abreast of market trends.
• Work on and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Regularly visit potential and existing customers to explore new sales opportunities and build relationships.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above.
• At least 5 years' sales experience preferred in construction materials or logistics industry, e-commerce solutions experience in B2B but not must.
• A go-getter who loves working in a startup and is excited about taking on new challenges.
• Great at building relationships and comfortable meeting clients face-to-face to close deals.
• Diverse, flexible, organized and result-oriented, a good team player with strong drive to achieve sales target.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills; energetic, positive, and customer focused.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus.
