Responsibilities:
Responsible for products sourcing, price negotiation and coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules, enquiries and projects
Prepare purchase order and verify invoices
Follow up order status and update the inventory status with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
Negotiate with suppliers to get competitive price and search potential suppliers both in Hong Kong or overseas and maintain supplier lists
Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required by Manager

Requirement:
Diploma holder in procurement/Purchasing or related disciplines
3 years of relevant working experience, solid experience in FMCG or Retail industry is preferred
Proficiency in using MS Office e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point
Good negotiation and communication skills with pleasant personality
Pro-active work attitude and to be a good team player
Immediately available is preferred

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Buyer
