Capital Markets Associate

A top US law firm in Hong Kong is seeking a talented US Capital Markets Associate to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Partner, with excellent growth potential and exposure to clients across Asia. The Role:
In this role, you will handle capital markets transactions, with a focus on debt capital markets (DCM), including high yield and Reg144A offerings. You will work on high-profile deals and gain valuable experience in the Asia market while receiving top-tier US rates.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in capital markets, ideally with DCM experience (high yield/Reg144A)
  • US qualification with a JD
  • Experience at an international law firm, with Asia experience preferred
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and a desire for career growth
