新入職員工定時提供所需培訓課程

要求：
3年或以上西餐/中餐/宴會餐廳餐飲服務經驗
需要流利廣東話，另具一般英語及普通話能力優先考慮
良好的人際溝通及團隊管理能力
需持香港永久居民身分証
工作地點：港島區 / 新界東
工作時間： 需要輪更，一週45.5小時 (落場時間除外）

Job Description:
Ensure all operational equipments are in good working condition.
Manage operational records and staffing arrangements for the restaurant / clubhouse.
Provide required training for new employees if needed.
Ensure food and beverage inventory is maintained for efficient service.
Lead the team to ensure high-quality service standards in the restaurant / clubhouse.
Maintain high levels of hygiene and quality standards within the restaurant.
Requirements:
3 years or more of dining service experience in Western/Chinese/catering restaurants.
Fluent in Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin skills are preferred.
Good interpersonal communication and team management skills.
Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card.
Location: Hong Kong Island / New Territories East
Working Hours:
Shift work required, 45.5 hours per week (excluding time on the floor).
