JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage flight cargo data for any sensitive inbound shipment or trans-shipments for customs declaration

Monitor the customs clearance status and liaison

Closely work with Customs and other Airlines to expedite flight pre-clearance

Prepare and assemble shipment support documents to Government for inbound and outbound hub flights

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Diploma holder or above

2 years experience in industry of transportation, logistics, airlines, airport operations or freight forwarding

Experience in cargo service with knowledge in customs clearance are highly preferred

Good command of written and spoken English

Good analytical, telephone manner customer services skills
