負責為香港, 澳門及馬來西亞的市場進行美容產品設計，跟進新產品升級，在研發新產品時設定生產流程，為新產品評估和訂價。協助團隊解答為香港, 澳門及馬來西亞的市場客戶對產品查詢及為客戶提供臨床和操作技術支援，從而提升目標市場的競爭力。

• 根據市場需求和趨勢，設計新的美容產品或升級現有產品。
• 跟進新產品的升級和改進，確保產品符合市場需求。
• 監督新產品生產流程，確保生產過程順暢並符合品質標準。
• 為新產品進行評估，包括成本、市場競爭力等，並制定適當的價格策略。
• 協助團隊回答市場客戶對產品的查詢，提供專業的產品知識和技術支援。
• 為客戶提供操作技術支援，確保客戶能夠正確使用產品並獲得最佳效果。

Responsible for designing beauty products for the markets in Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia, following up on new product upgrades, setting production processes when developing new products, and evaluating and pricing new products. Assist the team to answer product inquiries from market customers in Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia and provide customers with clinical and operational technical support, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the target market.

• Design new beauty products or upgrade existing products based on market demands and trends.
• Follow up on the upgrade and improvement of new products to ensure they meet market requirements.
• Supervise the new product production process to ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality standards.
• Evaluate new products, including costs, market competitiveness, and develop appropriate pricing strategies.
• Assist the team in addressing customer inquiries about products, providing expert product knowledge and technical support.
• Provide operational technical support to customers to ensure they can use the product correctly and achieve optimal results.

入職條件

• 大專或以上學歷
• 2-3年銷售經驗，偏好於醫療保健/美容行業
• 外向友善，具有良好溝通能力
• 具備美容行業現有客戶群
• 積極態度且以結果為導向
• 流利的廣東話和英文 , 懂普通話優先考慮

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in science related discipline
• 2-3 years sales experience in health-care/beauty industry preferred
• Outgoing & friendly character with strong communication skills
• With existing customer base in beauty industry
• Positive attitude and result-oriented
• Fluent in Cantonese & English & Putonghua
