Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer's enquiries via incoming phone calls and emails
Manage and report cases, feedback to respective internal counterparts timely and properly

Job Requirements:

DSE / HKCE holder
Minimum one year working experience
Good telephone manner & presentation skill
Good spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua an advantage
Proficiency in excel & word processing
Immediate availability is preferred
