工作要求

中五程度或以上

最少一年相關工作經驗

良好粵語,一般英語;懂讀寫中文;略懂寫英文

熟練使用MS Office及中英文輸入法

可即時上班優先考慮

Responsibilities

Handle general clerical duties, including filing, data input, opening invoices, perform any other duties as assigned

Support sales & marketing activities

Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints

Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements

F.5 or above with a minimum of 1 year clerical experience

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficiency in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

Able to work independently and under pressure, good communication skills

Immediately available is preferred
