Job description:
Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Account Management : Maintain and develop client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely solutions. Improve and develop strategies to enhance service quality based on customer satisfaction and feedback.
Market Research and Development : Stay current on industry trends, competitor products and customer need to guide service development and improvement.
Reporting : Participate in cross-functional meetings to share customer insights and drive service improvements, present regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and service improvements to management.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and laboratory teams) to facilitate client needs and enhance service delivery.

Requirements
Diploma or above in a relevant field (e.g., Administration, Business).
Experience in client service or account management within a clinical medical/healthcare setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Monthly salary: Basic salary plus commission
