Job Description
Perform general clerical and administrative duties
Receive incoming calls and handling telephone enquires
Schedule appointments
Greet and receive patients
Handle payment by cash, credit card, cheque etc
Rotate among all sites of HKIOC
Handle other duties as assigned
Requirements
Secondary graduate or above
Detailed-minded, well organized, hardworking and responsible
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Adequate command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
