• To play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Association's ICCMWs provide high quality service for the service users.
  
• To provide professional advice and support to staff members of the centre / service projects and help to develop professional protocols and standard of practices.
  
• To provide leadership in training, supervision and continuous assessment for professional staff that promote a team culture of learning.
  
• To act as senior practitioner for cases with complex needs to ensure timely provision of client-centred services.

• A recognized master degree in mental health care disciplines, preferably in social work/ occupational therapy / psychiatric nursing.
  
• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in mental health services (of which at least 3 years at supervisory level).
  
• Registered with relevant professional bodies or have a valid practicing certificate / license issued by local authorities.
  
• A good command of both English and Chinese.
