Post-doctoral Fellow for Clinical Cardiology

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical studies and trials in compliance with protocols
- Manage and analyze large clinical biobank datasets
- Conduct literature review
- Prepare grant proposals and reports
- Supervise junior research staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biostatistics or related disciplines, preferably with at least 1 year's of post-qualification experience
- Knowledge in statistics analysis, preferably related to medical field
- Strong Biomedical Science and quantitative background
- Strong data visualization skills
- Expertise in the analysis of large and complex datasets
- Self-motivated, scientifically mature, attentive to details
- Able to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- An excellent command of written and spoke English and Chinese
- Experience in managing research projects would be highly desirable

The appointee would be exposed to ample opportunities in developing an academic career. The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis for 1 year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
