Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or other relevant disciplines, and a strong background in photophysics, luminescent organic/organometallic materials and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). They should have a good publication track record and experience in conducting scientific research projects. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The appointee will work on an ITF project to develop novel organometallic OLED emitters, and efficient and operationally stable OLED devices, under the supervision of Professor C. M. Che.
