Responsibilities:
Work with client Cloud platforms with ongoing technology update

Perform cloud systems and network analysis, testing, planning, design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, security operations, trouble-shooting and documentation

Perform prompt remedy actions, track and update progress from various parties to ensure problems been solved with minimum service impact

Provide technical support and guidance to end users

Work with cross functional teams across the company to enable cloud native application development and deployment automation

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Engineering or related discipline

4+ years or above hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure

Good Knowledge of openstack & NFV cloud platforms

Experience in Virtualization technologies (VMware/KVM) / Networking (SDN, switch, router and firewall configuration) / Cloud Security

Experience in Paa S, Container, Dockers, Kubernetes, etc

Experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD

Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills

Excellent Cantonese and Mandarin oral and written communication skills
