Our client is a Hong Kong Listed Company. We are hiring a candidate who is fast learner to join our team and managing the portfolios under the Group.
Description
  • Perform company secretarial matters for one listed company and Hong Kong subsidiaries
  • Handle filing records and resolutions
  • Coordinate board and committee meeting and take minutes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
Profile
  • Degree holder in relevant discipline(s);
  • HKCGI student/ graduate preferred;
  • At least 2 years' company secretarial experience gained from Listed companies;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer skill;
  • Independent, responsible, detail-minded, well-organised, and able to work under pressure; and
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
