Your role at Finoverse

Responsible for all phases of event planning and executions
Liaise with all vendors and suppliers and in-house team members to facilitate a smooth and successful event
Oversees and keeps track of the quality of conference program production
Handle logistics of the conference
On-site stage in charge and problem-solving
Overtime work is required leading up to the event, during move in days and show days

Undertakes other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Who you are

Minimum Seven years of large-scale conference organising and stage management experience with track records
You MUST have experience in stage production, AV and technical show rundown
Fluency in English, and Cantonese
