Your role at Finoverse

• Responsible for all phases of event planning and executions
• Liaise with all vendors and suppliers and in-house team members to facilitate a smooth and successful event
• Oversees and keeps track of the quality of conference program production
• Handle logistics of the conference
• On-site stage in charge and problem-solving
• Overtime work is required leading up to the event, during move in days and show days

• Undertakes other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Who you are

• Minimum Seven years of large-scale conference organising and stage management experience with track records
• You MUST have experience in stage production, AV and technical show rundown
• Fluency in English, and Cantonese
