As our teammate, you will

Conduct warm calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products
Develop and expand strong relationships with customers over the phone
Listen attentively to identify customer needs and concerns, tailoring insurance solutions that align with their wellbeing requirements and budgets
Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and terms to customers clearly and accurately
Meet individual and team sales targets

Work Hours & Location

Monday - Friday (10:00am - 7:00pm); off on weekends and Public Holidays
Mei Foo (near MTR station)

Requirements

Form 5 / DSE graduate or above with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in telesales, preferably in insurance industry
Passed IIQE Paper I, III (Paper II will be an advantage)
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
