  • 負責統籌大廈日常保養維修工作及處理緊急維修、監察樓宇管理及消防系統
  • 負責編排工作及監督維修技工、承辦商的工作表現
  • 定期進行安全巡察及檢查各項設備裝置
  • 具5年或以上相關經驗及2年督導經驗、持B0/H0電工牌、持1/2類駕駛執照、熟悉一般電腦操作
所有工作均需輪值三班，五天工作
