The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. Responsibilities:
Oversee operation and proper maintenance of all engineering facilities, plant equipment, interior and exterior of the hotel;

Supervise and manage Engineering Team; provide supervision, guidance and on the job training to support associates and comply with the local legislative workplace health and safety requirements;

Implement and maintain work request programme and preventive maintenance program to ensure works are completed on time and with acceptable quality;

Maximize employee productivity to meet financial goals of the business as well as expectations of our guests;

Maintain all fire, life and safety features to ensure they operate at peak efficiency;

Carry out emergency repairs to all building and technical equipment as required;

Ensures the cost effectiveness and technical efficiency of all services performed by outside contracts by close supervision;

Plan, implement and administer green, environmental management system and energy utility management;

Perform any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor holder in Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Services Engineering;

Minimum 8 years working experience in similar capacity;

Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License in Grade B or above;

Experience from hotel would definitely an advantageous;

Good knowledge in all M&E repair and maintenance works, as well as building maintenance;

Good knowledge of local fire, pressure vessel, electrical codes and occupational safety codes;

Effective computer skills to handle related technical systems;

Problem solving, team working, motivating, organizational and training abilities;

Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese with excellent communication.
