Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy
Lead the strategy development, execution and optimization of marketing efforts in both online and offline channels
Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and manage partnership projects in the region, including Hong Kong and mainland China
Actively explore opportunities in the region for collaborations and partnership with external corporations, industry associations, and strategic partners to generate new marketing ideas, increase brand awareness and drive business growth
Identify, cultivate, and maintain new partnerships to generate leads, networking opportunities and sales
Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams in mainland China, assist in liaising, planning, and implementation of partnerships and marketing campaigns
Organize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales-driven campaigns, promotions, events, and roadshows with external partners
Work with the marketing team to generate funnel performance insights for management’s decision-making
Co-ordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives to achieve campaign key performance indicators (KPIs)
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, or related disciplines
At least 5 years of business/sales & marketing experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, liaison, and negotiation skills
Experience with cross-border partnerships would be an added advantage
Positive, aggressive mindset with a can-do attitude, and excellent organizational skills
Proactive and multi-tasking, a problem-solver with strong business sense
Creative with high flexibility and ability to develop innovative partnerships
Strong business acumen, sales planning, marketing sense, and client management skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of digital marketing such as SEO would be an advantage
Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Periodic business travels to mainland China will be required
